It felt like we moved this past weekend - rearranged furniture in 4 rooms. We now have a better set up in our front room/office, the girls have new arrangements for their bedrooms and our dining room is a disaster area. In addition, we have a list of new furniture to buy. I moved out this morning. I was sick a lot last week so I still had a bunch to do yesterday evening, but I got everything done on time. In order to get everything done on time I only had three hours of sleep last night. Going to take a long nap now. Now I only have to repack one of the bags since it's too heavy and then I'm all ready for the big move! Yay!

Thanks to AO my dining room is not only much cleaner, it's decorated for Halloween. Makes me feel more cheerful just walking into it.
I've been unpacking a little at a time and am down to less than one suitcase to go -- some of the clothes still need put away for the season, but I'm sorting through and pitching things as I go so it may take awhile.
I woke up this morning for the first time in awhile because of sufficient sleep, not pain so the world is looking much more beautiful again.

Matto & mom, I'll be down around noon tomorrow. Dylan will be ready to eat ribs.

On a roll. I've got all but the last little bit of mail taken care of (those things I need to read closer before I do anything). I've also changed out all those pictures of Rita and Brandon for pictures from Prague, also got a layer of dust off the frames. Deciding if I still have enough energy to tackle unpacking a suitcase, maybe after lunch and a rest.

We're turning back now.

Made it home around 3:00 I think. I've sorted through the mail, paid a bill, gone to the library, made a doctor's appointment. I think I'm done for the weekend.
The drive home was nice, I only hit rain between Clinton and Mt. Pulaski. The hip was nice and didn't start hurting until I got in the house, carried in some groceries; so yes, Matthew, I'll need help unloading. Thanks.
