Clean and Jerk 90lbs in sets of 2. Then our workout was 21-15-9 Toes to bar and box jumps for time, followed by a 500m row. It's amazing how box jumps can tire out your legs.

My 30 minute run slowed to 2.81 miles yesterday, and I lost 30 seconds on the first 2 miles. Maybe I should not have skipped that session on Monday.

Interesting article on diet soda being worse than regular soda, though the takeaway is to not drink soda at all.

I'm right there with you, the batteries in our dvd remote died so it looks like it's going to be a long walk to the dvd player and back everytime we need to skip through the boring parts.

Got my first two miles down to under 21 minutes. 2.9 miles at the 30 minute cutoff. Definitely improving since we started going to a gym in November, but I think I'm kind of cheating being that it's on one of the running machine things.

I had oatmeal with raisins and almonds. Two eggs with roasted squash, zucchini, and tomatoes. And a sweet potato smoothie with pears and blackberries. It was delicious, but I was not in Montana.

My morning oatmeal was instant Maple & Brown Sugar flavored. Yes I finally broke the Magic Bullet Blender, but the Kale, Spinach, Apple, Cucumber, Lemon mixture tastes much better through my new juicer anyway.

Funny, I had the same thing this morning, except instead of dried blueberries I had dried grapes. Also the oatmeal and honey was honey-oat granola. And the walnuts were bran flakes. but I was in Montana.
