I got my juicer back. The vegetable intake will be an easy to-do for me. This morning - cucumber, celery, spinach, apple, pear, lemon.

Sure. I'll shoot for being able to do 100 push-ups in under 6mins., because that seems like a useful skill. Plus, I'm still working on drinking less coffee. I'm at a success rate of 48% for the month of September.

Count the Doughers in for that. Trying to lose another 10 anyway and Frankie is still aiming for another 15.

I'm in for the challenge. Could use a good workout. Fruits aren't the issue...veggies are a challenge.

Me me me! Additional challenge: get kids to eat at least one veggie or fruit a night.

also, next week I'm starting another 3 month health challenge to get in shape for broomball. I'm looking to maintain 3 exercise sessions per week, vegetables for lunch and dinner, and... I dunno yet. Anyone else up for it?

Just spent 8 hours trying to get my GAUSS code to run in Ox. I have determined that it can't be done because the code involves a user written proc and not the standard GAUSS procs.
