Already witnessed one accident this week when the B-double in front of me ran a red light. Luckily no one was injured, but that's another event forever seared into my brain.

During church this morning, someone's cellphone went off and the pastor said sarcastically, "okay, John we can all stop and wait for you." Then someone said, "no seriously, I just got a Tornado warning too." So we moved to the computer lab for the next 45 minutes. I didn't have power when I got home. ISU was out of power until 5. I'm at Veronica's now and hopefully have power by the morning. Who knows. At least I don't live in Washington, IL. Yikes!

Dropped the lifting and added a mile and a third to my routine, still holding the same mph. I think those ellipticals just go at one speed.
