Melt the freezer pops down and use this to marinate the ribs. Throw it on the grill until the sugar turns to a nice caramelized glaze. If you want to spice things up a bit, tell the kids you're melting the freezer pops because of something they did.
Crush the walnuts, sunflower seeds, and ginger and use them to coat the tilapia and apple slices. Put it on the frier, and when the kids ask what's for dinner, Nemo's friend "Apple Dory" will have them speaking whale.
Melt the white chocolate chips into bars and drop the pine nuts in before the chocolate sets. Add a dash of tears to give a salty complement to the sweet chocolate.

playing some Li'l Richard. I am so excited I found my CD!!
Scammers are in action -- got a purported call from my
grandson with a friend who just died in Mexico. But I did
call Frank afterwards and had a nice talk with him.
I knew the call wasn't right from the start, just followed
along until they mentioned Mexico.

I just want to thank all those who sent cards, especially those who are praying for me. It's still very difficult to read and write, so I hope this is legible. I don't get online very much and had Rex clean out my email when he was here for Thanksgiving. I did get on a short time yesterday but am still very tired and have about as much energy as a wet washcloth. My exercise most days is to walk around the house a few times and to do a little bit on the stairstepper that Brian brought home a few years ago.
But I've been very blessed. Uncle Craig takes me everywhere I need to go and to Mass on Sunday so I can receive the Bread of Life. He also does most of the cooking as I've burned too many things from getting the burner set too high.
Yesterday I was able to get outside and help haul wood inside the garage. The neighbor had a tree taken down and let Craig the wood that wasn't wanted by the guy who took the tree down. It's really nice, dry wood that burns easily and makes a lot of heat in the wood stove. It felt good to get outside and do something for awhile.
My love to all.
